Haha, well this happened during the launch of the CR-48. It's getting quite annoying. It is definately time to move to new servers.

I would not pull the trigger on a new server just yet, today was a heavy load day just because of the announcement. I'm sure things will be back to normal tomorrow, but with I hope a few more active members.

You are right. My worry though is that come June 15th, the same will happen. And the scalability of the site over time too becomes an issue. If the site went down today, will it support a larger community in 3/4 months time? I'm not too sure :-(
Anyway...I'll hold back on that for a while as you say.
