most of you guys probably didn't know, but google maps had, for a while, at least, a feature that let you search houses and apartments for sale/rent based ona number of factors such as size, location, price, etc.

this app can also give you notifications, there's also an iphone/android app that ties into it, you can put nearby bars, restaurants, etc. when you look at listings. it's unbeleivable just how much stuff this app offers for people looking for a new place to live.

That's pretty cool! I'm not looking for one, but it's good to know that this is out there.

I just used the Map's feature for apartment/house searching the other day, I can't believe they discontinued it!! Actually, when I read this, I said "They didn't discontinue that!!" Sure enough, I searched my zip code and the "real estate" feature is no longer available...bummer, that was a great feature! Anywho...thanks for the post. We already found our new place, but I will keep PadMapper in mind for the future!

Seems like a good app to me for finding good apartments available easily and can you tell me that how can I install and use it on iPhone
