I didn't see this posted anywhere yet, but if it is please forgive the duplicate.
I know a lot of people, myself included, have been missing the delete key. Sometimes it's just not as convenient to backspace instead of delete. I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner, but it works.
To delete text that comes after the cursor, simply use the alt-backspace combination. Works just like the delete key would on a normal keyboard.
Hopefully this tip will help save someone's sanity. It did mine. lol
