I would like to install Sun Java on my CR48. How do I go about this?

Unfortunately, the last I have heard is the Cr-48 does not include Java support.
It has been one of those things people have asked for, but I haven't heard anybody say it has been accomplished.
To err is human, to really foul up requires a computer!

I hear you can modify a ChromeOS install and prepack it with Java, then restore it to your CR-48 (I believe someone made an image before, and I restored it to my CR-4
.

Hexxeh's Lime now includes Java. You could flash your CR-48 with the Insyde BIOS, then install one of Hexxeh's builds. They are a available here: Chromium OS builds by Hexxeh
