    Digging around: Found screensaver

    Any one know how to activate this? Looks very cool BTW. To see it yourself, paste this into the omnibox (thanks to Zachary for this point):

    file:///usr/share/chromeos-assets/screensavers/screensaver.htm

    Here is a screenshot. That "ball" (if you will) animates in a very cool way as it moves from left to right across your screen:

    Also, great find in where the startup PNGs are. Now we need some artisticly inclined folk to get to monkeying with them.

    boot_splash.png there's also login_splash.png and quite a few "shadow" pngs for the panel and such.

    you can just paste file:///usr/share/chromeos-assets/screensavers/screensaver.htm into the omnibox to see the screensaver.
