Here's a story I though a lot of folks would enjoy. I'm pretty new to Linux myself. How how many of those 20 years have you been a Linux user? How were you introduced to Linux? Any interesting stories?

I have been a Linux user (on and off) since Ubuntu 8.04 first came out, and really enjoy it. Especially since I only just turned 15 back then (now my 18th birthday is next Thursday). Technically, I'm still using Linux, because Chrome OS is Ubuntu-based. And I still have ArchBang on my Acer Aspire One and Ubuntu 10.04 (albeit unusable) on my home-built desktop.
I have been involved with Linux for over 15 years...and all I can say is WOW!!! what a lot of change has been going on and is still going on!!!...What really still amazes me is that Microsoft can still lay claim to so much of the market!!!...BUT!!!!as the old saying goes...money talks....I prefer to use Linux whenever i can, the new distros are awesome, I visit DistroWatch.com: Put the fun back into computing. Use Linux, BSD. daily, where I can try out any of the distros by using either a live cd or dvd version. It has become a no brainer. The hardware issues are almost totally a thing of the past...the drivers are abundent, there is a distro to suit everyones taste....LONG LIVE LINUX!!!!!
