Sorry for my absence over these last few weeks, I've been in the process of moving from Houston to Dallas. I start my new job with RIM (yes, the makers of BlackBerry) this Monday so things are finally starting to settle down a bit. Thanks guys! Sorry Nigel, I didn't see your post before. I do Technical Support for the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (I specialize in BES for Exchange). It's a lot of fun and I absolutely love my job, RIM is a great company to work for.
