From what I've heard, those seem to be spot-on. Especially the real estate prices. I remember researching those for the hell of it a couple of years ago and was floored. You can buy huge mansions here in Ohio for the cost of something modest there.

It was much worse a few years ago. I've seen the same houses sell for 3/5 what they did in '07 and it is still overpriced.
