    The following method seemed to force an update.*Power down the Cr-48 by holding the power key down, start it back up and go to Wrench > About Chrome OS and the update started.

    The Google Chrome team is happy to announce the release of Chrome 16 on the Stable Channel for Chromebooks (Acer AC700, Samsung Series 5, and Cr-4.

    At this rate, seeing as though Chrome Stable is on a 6-week release cycle, we should see R17 on Stable on January 20, and R18 (supposedly the first release expected to have Aura by default, seeing as though almost all the Chromium bugs related to Aura have a milestone target of 18) on Stable starting March 2...
