Beta Channel Update for Chromebooks

The Beta channel has been updated to 18.0.1025.32 (Platform versions: 1660.34.0) for Chromebooks (Acer AC700, Samsung Series 5, and Cr-4
.
This build contains a number of new features, as well as security & stability improvements. Some highlights of these changes are:- Updated Pepper Flash version
- Improvement to wifi stability
- Improved system hardening [Yama support, etc]
- File browser improvements
- Crash fixes
Known issues:- 25971 - Occasionally when switching tabs, the screen will not redraw the content to the new tab. Occurs most frequently when one tab contains Flash content. Workaround: Closing all tabs or restarting the machine resolves the issue.
