Back in 2010 and 2011 when Chrome OS and Android were in diapers I was the pioneer to announce a merge between Chrome and Android (here). But of course the lack of common sense and maturity made a few users of this board react with rage and absurd accusations which got the 2010 post deleted. The wrath didn’t end there, the skepticism flooded the visionary post with "A merge doesn’t make any sense" and such, my question is... why do we still have people with this level of intellect that insist on dragging others to their level of mentality. Is a shame children are allowed to react or post with that type of immaturity on this board.

Anyway with this post, I hope to bring fresh and joyful news about the future of Chrome OS. Latest article by Mobgaze reveals that Android Jelly bean will be the one OS to finally merge the two of them. This fulfills the shocking predictions I made three years ago, when I was bashed for stating what seemed to be the obvious... I'm really disappointed on those who failed to understand the concept of Google and I know this type of people will continue to pollute online boards with their desperate need of narcissism and ego. I plea to this people to please stop shoving unnecessary arguments against facts and people prepare with knowledge and experience, thank you.

Anyway back to topic, quote from the article:

Jelly Bean will integrate the two systems developed in parallel, Android and Chrome, and secondly to try to counter future Windows 8 hybrids for notebooks.

The best feature of Android 5.0 is that this will be the OS which will support net books too and it will also support dual boot, something which is realistic, not the concept here. Google making the Android OS faster and perhaps lighter, so that we don’t need dual-core and quad-core processors in our phone’s to make Android run fast and smooth.
