Hi, I am new here. This week during the holidays I installed Chrome OS on an old Acer ZG5 and was very enthusiastic. I'm actually planning to buy the new Acer Chromebook for my mother when it's launched in Holland. I am always trying to learn from other users so that's why I want to read and participate on this site.
About this site: I think it is not designed to be used on a Netbook (there is too much crap on top before you actually can read something so you keep on scrolling which is not userfriendly). Chrome OS was primairly designed for Netbooks so that is rather weird.

Some of this site I like but like you are right about the scaling.

Then again, I usually am checking this on my work's 17" monitor and that looks pretty nice and refreshing compared to many other forum sites.
